Engineered with a square light-emitting surface (LES) of 8.90mm diameter, this component delivers a typical luminous flux of 1538 lumens at 500mA test current and 85°C test temperature, achieving 88 lumens per watt. The CXA1520-0000-000N00M427F operates with a forward voltage of 35V and can handle a maximum current of 900mA.
