The square light-emitting surface (LES) has a 9.80mm diameter, housed within a 13.50mm x 13.50mm footprint with a 1.45mm height. Tested at 350mA, it achieves 52 lm/W, with a typical luminous flux of 1364lm at 85°C and 350mA test current. The forward voltage is typically 34.2V at 350mA, with a maximum current rating of 750mA.
