Coto Technology RedRock® RR142 Series RR142-1LD3-545 is a digital omnipolar switch featuring Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This SOT-23-5 packaged device offers a push-pull output with a maximum output current of 20mA. Designed for surface mounting, it operates within a voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V and exhibits exceptionally low supply current of 150nA typical. The sensor is sensitive to both North and South magnetic poles, with trip and release sensing ranges of ±6.7mT and ±4.5mT respectively.
