Coto Technology RedRock® RR122 series RR122-3CU3-515 is a digital latching magnetic switch featuring Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This bipolar switch offers a push-pull output configuration and operates across a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. With a typical supply current of 46µA and a maximum output current of 20mA, it is designed for low-power applications. The RR122-3CU3-515 supports a 10kHz boost mode and is sensitive to both north and south poles, with trip and release points at 1.0mT. Packaged in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A, SOT-753) surface-mount format, it is supplied on tape and reel. This component is suitable for use in industrial automation, consumer electronics, and automotive sectors. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
