Coto Technology RedRock® RR122 Series RR122-3CU2-515 is a digital latching magnetic switch utilizing Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This bipolar switch features a push-pull output and operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V, consuming a typical supply current of 46µA. The component is available in a SOT-23-5 (SC-74A, SOT-753) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel.
