Coto Technology RedRock® RR122 series RR122-3C73-511 is a digital magnetic switch featuring Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This latching bipolar switch offers a push-pull output and is housed in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel. It operates across a voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V with a typical supply current of 11µA and a maximum output current of 20mA.
