Coto Technology RedRock® RR122 Series RR122-3C62-511 is a digital magnetic switch utilizing Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This bipolar latching switch offers a push-pull output configuration and is packaged in a SOT-23-3 (TO-236-3, SC-59) surface-mount case, supplied on tape and reel. It operates over a voltage supply range of 1.7V to 5.5V with a typical supply current of 1.9µA and a maximum output current of 20mA. The device features sensitivity to both north and south magnetic poles with trip and release points of 1.0mT. The RR122-3C62-511 is suitable for applications in consumer electronics, industrial controls, and automotive systems requiring precise magnetic sensing and latching functionality.
