Coto Technology RedRock® RR122 Series RR122-1F23-511 is a digital omnipolar magnetic switch featuring Tunneling Magnetoresistive (TMR) technology. This surface mount component, housed in a SOT-23-3 package, operates with a supply voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V and offers a typical supply current of 100nA. The output stage is push-pull, capable of sourcing up to 20mA. Designed for flexibility, it responds to both north and south magnetic pole activations with a ±7.0mT trip and ±5.0mT release sensing range.
