Central Semiconductor Corp's CPS165-CS220-35M-CT is a standard recovery silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for high-power applications. This surface mount die component offers a 600V blocking voltage and a continuous on-state current rating of 35A RMS. The device features a low off-state leakage current of 10 µA maximum and a forward voltage drop of 2.2V maximum at its rated current.
