Bosch Sensortec BMA250 is a triaxial, digital accelerometer with selectable full-scale ranges of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. This device provides adjustable bandwidth and a selectable low-pass filter, supporting data rates from 8Hz up to 1kHz. Communication is enabled via I2C or SPI interfaces. The BMA250 features a high sensitivity of 256 LSB/g in the ±2g range, decreasing linearly with increasing acceleration ranges. Packaged in a compact 2mm x 2mm 12-pin LGA, it is suitable for surface mounting and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
