Bivar Inc. SMP4-SRGY is a 4-PLCC surface mount LED offering tri-color indication with Green (525nm), Red (631nm), and Yellow (591nm) emitters. This component features a common anode configuration with typical forward voltages of 3.3V for Green and 1.9V for Red and Yellow. Tested at 20mA, the luminous intensity is rated at 1050mcd for Green, 180mcd for Red, and 180mcd for Yellow, with a wide 120° viewing angle. The colorless lens is round with a flat top, measuring 2.40mm in diameter, housed within a 3.20mm L x 2.80mm W footprint with a maximum height of 1.85mm. This discrete LED is supplied on tape and reel (TR) and is suitable for applications in industrial automation, medical equipment, and consumer electronics where multi-color visual feedback is required.
