Bivar Inc. SMP4-SBC-YG offers dual-color LED indication with independent Green and Yellow emitters in a 4-PLCC surface-mount package. This discrete component features a clear, colorless lens with a round, flat-top style, measuring 3.20mm L x 2.80mm W x 1.95mm H. The Green LED emits at a dominant wavelength of 574nm with a typical forward voltage of 1.9V and a luminous intensity of 115mcd at 20mA. The Yellow LED operates at 591nm dominant wavelength, also with a 1.9V forward voltage and a luminous intensity of 180mcd at 20mA. The viewing angle for both emitters is 120°.
