Azoteq's IQS316-0-QFR, a 16-channel capacitive touch and proximity sensor IC from the IQ Switch®, ProxSense® series, offers advanced human-interface solutions. This device features 16 independent touch/proximity detection channels, configurable via I2C or SPI interfaces, enabling flexible system integration. The sensor provides an 8-bit resolution for proximity detection and includes a dedicated proximity detection capability. Operating across a voltage range of 2.85V to 5.5V with a low supply current of 670µA, the IQS316-0-QFR is designed for power-sensitive applications.
