The Atmel AVR® ATmega ATMEGA16HVA-4TU is an 8-bit microcontroller with 16KB of FLASH program memory and 512 bytes of SRAM. This device features an 8-bit AVR RISC core operating at up to 4MHz, complemented by an internal oscillator. Connectivity options include SPI, and it integrates a 5-channel 12-bit Analog-to-Digital converter. The microcontroller also provides 256 bytes of EEPROM for non-volatile data storage. Peripherals such as Brown-out Detect/Reset, POR, PWM, and WDT enhance its functionality.
