Asahi Kasei Microdevices/AKM CQ3200 is a Hall Effect, open-loop current sensor designed for bidirectional measurement of AC/DC currents up to 8.5A. This 1-channel component features a ratiometric voltage output with a sensitivity of 155mV/A and excellent linearity of ±0.6%. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 3.63V and a low supply current of 9.6mA (max). With a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 90°C and a response time of 500ns, the CQ3200 is suitable for high-frequency applications up to 1MHz. The 24-LSSOP package (0.220", 5.60mm width) with 10 leads facilitates surface mounting. This component finds application in power supplies, motor control, and battery management systems.
