Asahi Kasei Microdevices/AKM CQ Series Hall Effect Current Sensor, Part Number CQ2232. This open-loop, ratiometric voltage output sensor is designed for accurate AC/DC current measurement up to 21A. Featuring ±1% accuracy and linearity, it provides a sensitivity of 60mV/A with a fast 1µs response time. The CQ2232 operates from a 2.7V to 3.63V supply voltage and has a maximum supply current of 9.6mA. Its through-hole mounting type and module package are suitable for industrial automation, power supplies, and motor control applications. The device supports a 300kHz frequency response and operates reliably within an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
