Analog Devices Inc. LT3027IDD is a dual, low-noise, positive adjustable linear voltage regulator. Each regulator is capable of supplying 100mA with a low dropout voltage of 0.45V at 100mA. This device features adjustable output voltage from 1.22V to 20V, with an input voltage range up to 20V. Quiescent current is a low 50µA, and supply current is 4mA maximum.
