The Analog Devices Inc. LT3009ESC8 is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator IC delivering up to 20mA output current. This device features a low quiescent current of 6 µA and a low dropout voltage of 0.45V at 20mA, making it suitable for power-sensitive applications.
