Analog Devices Inc. ADP3309ART-3-3-RL7 is a low quiescent current, high accuracy linear voltage regulator from the anyCAP® series. This fixed 3.3V output device provides 100mA of current with a maximum dropout voltage of 0.25V at 100mA. Featuring thermal overload protection and a current limit, it also includes an error flag and shutdown capability for enhanced control. Designed for surface mount applications in a SOT-23-5 package, its low quiescent current of 300 µA makes it suitable for battery-powered portable equipment, consumer electronics, and industrial control systems. The input voltage range extends up to 12V.
