Analog Devices Inc. LTC2634HMSE-LMI12-TRPBF is a 12-bit, quad-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter. This component features an integrated 2.5V, 10ppm/°C voltage reference, with an option for an external reference. The DACs are guaranteed monotonic with integral non-linearity (INL) and differential non-linearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB maximum. Data is communicated via a SPI interface, supporting clock speeds up to 50MHz. The output is buffered voltage and is not differential. Operating over an analog and digital supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V, this device exhibits a typical settling time of 4.2µs for a full-scale output change.
