Analog Devices Inc. TxDAC+® AD9142BCPZ is a dual, 16-bit, high-speed digital-to-analog converter (DAC) featuring an oversampling interpolating architecture. This device supports a data interface via LVDS or parallel LVCMOS. The AD9142BCPZ offers a differential current output with typical INL/DNL specifications of ±3.7 LSB and ±2.1 LSB, respectively. Settling time is a rapid 20ns (Typ). It operates with analog supply voltages between 3.13V and 3.47V, and digital supply voltages from 1.7V to 1.9V. The unit is housed in a 72-lead LFCSP-VQ (10x10) surface-mount package.
