Analog Devices Inc. AD7547LP is a dual 12-bit, current-output digital-to-analog converter. This R-2R ladder architecture device supports a parallel data interface and requires an external voltage reference. The AD7547LP offers two independent DAC channels, each with an unbuffered current output. Integral and differential linearity are specified at ±0.5 LSB maximum and ±1 LSB maximum respectively. The component operates within a supply voltage range of 10.8V to 16.5V for both analog and digital supplies. With a settling time of 1.5µs, this device is suitable for applications such as industrial control systems, test and measurement equipment, and data acquisition systems. The AD7547LP is available in a 28-PLCC surface mount package and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
