Analog Devices Inc. iCMOS® AD5764CSUZ is a 16-bit, quad-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter. This device features an R-2R architecture and supports both SPI and DSP data interfaces for flexible integration. The AD5764CSUZ offers excellent linearity with ±1 LSB maximum Integral Nonlinearity (INL) and Differential Nonlinearity (DNL). It provides four independent voltage outputs, externally referenced, with a buffered voltage output type. The analog supply range is ±11.4V to ±16.5V, while the digital supply ranges from 2.7V to 5.25V. Packaged in a 32-TQFP (7x7) surface-mount configuration, this component is suitable for applications in industrial automation, medical instrumentation, and test and measurement equipment, operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The settling time for this DAC is 10µs.
