Analog Devices Inc. nanoDAC+® AD5676RBCBZ-RL is an 8-channel, 16-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter. This device features a String DAC architecture and operates over an analog and digital supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. Data is transferred via a serial peripheral interface (SPI) with a typical settling time of 8µs. The AD5676RBCBZ-RL offers excellent linearity, with Integral Non-Linearity (INL) and Differential Non-Linearity (DNL) specified at ±1.8 LSB and ±0.7 LSB respectively. It supports both external and internal voltage references. The component is housed in a compact 16-WLCSP (2.47x2.37) package, surface-mounted and supplied on tape and reel. This converter is suitable for applications in industrial automation, medical instrumentation, and portable electronics.
