Analog Devices Inc. nanoDAC+® series 16-bit, octal, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The AD5676ACPZ-RL features a 20-LFCSP (4x4) exposed pad package for surface mounting and operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V analog supply and 1.8V to 5.5V digital supply. This string DAC offers a guaranteed monotonic performance with ±1.8 LSB INL and ±0.7 LSB DNL. The device supports SPI and DSP data interfaces, providing a buffered voltage output.
