Analog Devices Inc. AD5600HRMZ is a 16-bit, single-channel, unbuffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter. This R-2R, segmented DAC architecture supports an SPI and DSP compatible data interface. It features excellent linearity with typical INL/DNL specifications of ±0.5 LSB. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, making it suitable for demanding applications in industrial instrumentation and aerospace. The AD5600HRMZ requires an external voltage reference and offers a fast settling time of 30µs (Typ). It is available in a 10-MSOP package, designed for surface mounting. Analog supply voltage can range from 2.7V to 5.5V, with digital supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V.
