Analog Devices Inc. DACPORT® AD558JN is an 8-bit, single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter. This component utilizes an R-2R architecture and features a parallel data interface for direct integration into control systems. The buffered voltage output simplifies system design by eliminating the need for external output amplifiers. With a maximum Integral Non-Linearity (INL) and Differential Non-Linearity (DNL) of ±0.5 LSB, the AD558JN offers precise conversion accuracy. It operates over an analog and digital supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16.5V and has a typical settling time of 3µs.
