Analog Devices Inc. AD5542JR-REEL7 is a 16-bit, single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) housed in a 14-SOIC package. This R-2R architecture DAC supports SPI and DSP data interfaces and offers a fast settling time of 1µs (typical). With excellent linearity specifications of ±0.5 LSB INL and ±0.5 LSB DNL, it is suitable for precision applications. The device operates over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and accepts analog and digital supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V. The unbuffered voltage output requires an external reference.
