Analog Devices Inc. LTM2881CY-5-PBF is a galvanic digital isolator within the µModule® series. This 32-BBGA module provides 2500Vrms isolation for RS422 and RS485 communication interfaces, supporting data rates up to 20Mbps. It features 30kV/µs common mode transient immunity and includes integrated isolated power, eliminating the need for a separate isolated power supply for the isolated side.
