Analog Devices Inc. iCoupler® ADUM1400CRW-RL is a four-channel digital isolator designed for general-purpose applications. This device utilizes magnetic coupling technology to provide 2500Vrms of isolation. It operates with a data rate of up to 90Mbps and features a high Common Mode Transient Immunity (CMTI) of 25kV/µs. The ADUM1400CRW-RL offers unidirectional signal transfer with four inputs on one side and zero on the other. Propagation delays are a maximum of 32ns for both tpLH and tpHL, with a pulse width distortion maximum of 2ns. Typical rise and fall times are 2.5ns. The component is housed in a 16-SOIC package with a 7.50mm width for surface mounting and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
