Analog Devices Inc. iCoupler® ADUM1200CR-RL7 is a general-purpose digital isolator featuring two unidirectional channels with 2500Vrms isolation. This component operates with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and supports data rates up to 25Mbps. It offers excellent common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of at least 25kV/µs, ensuring robust performance in noisy environments. The device is housed in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface-mount package, supplied on tape and reel. Typical rise and fall times are 2.5ns, with a maximum propagation delay of 45ns.
