Analog Devices Inc. LTM4628IV-PBF is a non-isolated point-of-load DC-DC converter from the µModule series. This compact, 144-LGA (15x15) packaged component offers two independent outputs, each capable of delivering 0.6V to 5.5V with a maximum current of 8A per output.
