Analog Devices Inc. LTC2389ILX-16 is a 16-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This component features a single-ended input with selectable address capability and a 1:1 sample-and-hold to ADC ratio. The LTC2389ILX-16 offers a maximum sampling rate of 2.5MSPS and supports both SPI and parallel data interfaces.
