Analog Devices Inc. PulSAR® AD7666ASTZRL is a 16-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC). This component offers a single-channel differential input with a 1:1 sample-and-hold (S/H) to ADC ratio. The AD7666ASTZRL features a high sampling rate of up to 500 kSPS and supports both external and internal voltage references.
