Analog Devices Inc. AD7612BCPZ-RL is a 16-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from the iCMOS® and PulSAR® series. This single-channel SAR ADC features a 750 kSPS sampling rate and a true bipolar input. It supports both SPI and parallel/DSP data interfaces, offering flexibility in system integration. The device utilizes a 1:1 S/H:ADC ratio and can accommodate external or internal voltage references. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a 48-LFCSP-VQ (7x7) package on tape and reel. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the AD7612BCPZ-RL is suitable for applications in data acquisition systems, industrial automation, and instrumentation. Analog supply voltage is 5V, and digital supply voltage is also 5V.
