Analog Devices Inc. ADG722BRM is a high-performance, 2-channel, single-pole, single-throw, normally closed (SPST-NC) analog switch. This component features very low on-resistance of 4 Ohm maximum, with excellent channel-to-channel on-resistance matching of 300 mOhm. The ADG722BRM operates from a single supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz. Charge injection is minimized at 2 pC, with channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) at 7pF. Crosstalk is rated at -97dB at 1MHz, and leakage current (IS(off)) is a maximum of 250 pA. Typical switch times are 14ns for turn-on and 6ns for turn-off.
