The Analog Devices Inc. ADG623BRMZ-REEL7 is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch featuring complementary on/off states. This component offers an on-resistance of 5.5 Ohms maximum with excellent on-resistance flatness and low distortion. It supports dual supply voltages from ±2.7V to ±5.5V and single supply operation from 2.7V to 5.5V. With a -3dB bandwidth of 230MHz and low charge injection of 110pC, it is suitable for applications requiring precise signal routing.
