The Analog Devices Inc. ADG609BR is a dual SP4T analog switch designed for efficient signal routing. Each of the two independent switches offers a 4:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration with a maximum on-state resistance of 30 Ohms. This device features low charge injection of 6 pC and channel-to-channel matching of 5 Ohms maximum. Leakage current is specified at 500 pA maximum. The ADG609BR operates with single supply voltages from 3.3V to 5V or dual supplies of ±5V. Its switching times are 75 ns turn-on and 45 ns turn-off maximum. With a channel capacitance of 9 pF off and 20 pF off, and crosstalk of -85 dB at 100 kHz, it is suitable for applications in industrial and telecommunications equipment. This component is supplied in a 16-SOIC package, surface mountable, and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
