Analog Devices Inc. ADG5412BRUZ is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each of the four independent switches offers an on-state resistance of 10O maximum, with channel-to-channel resistance matching of 350mO maximum. This device features a -3dB bandwidth of 160MHz and exhibits low charge injection (310pC). Off-state leakage current is specified at 250pA maximum. Crosstalk is -70dB at 1MHz. The ADG5412BRUZ supports dual supply voltages from ±9V to ±22V and single supply voltages from 9V to 40V. It is packaged in a 16-TSSOP and is designed for surface mounting. Typical applications include automated test equipment, data acquisition systems, and industrial control. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Switch on and off times are 187ns and 138ns respectively.

Integrated Circuit FAQs

An integrated circuit (IC) is a semiconductor chip that contains transistors, resistors, capacitors, and other electronic components on a single silicon substrate. ICs are the foundation of modern electronics and power devices such as smartphones, computers, automotive systems, and industrial equipment.

Integrated circuits work by routing electrical signals through microscopic semiconductor components fabricated onto a silicon chip. Depending on the design, ICs can process, amplify, store, or control electronic data.
