Analog Devices Inc. ADG453BR-REEL7 is a 4-circuit monolithic CMOS analog switch. Each switch is designed to operate from a single supply of +12V or dual supplies of ±4.5V to ±20V. The device offers a low on-resistance of 5O maximum with rail-to-rail signal handling. Channel-to-channel resistance matching is specified at 100mO maximum, with low leakage current of 500pA maximum. Charge injection is limited to 20pC. Switch times are up to 180ns for turn-on and 140ns for turn-off. Crosstalk is rated at -90dB at 1MHz. Channel capacitance is 37pF for both off-state conditions. This component is suitable for applications in industrial, medical, and consumer electronics. The device is supplied in a 16-SOIC package and is available on tape and reel.
