Analog Devices Inc. ADG1209YCPZ-REEL is a dual, 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. Each of the two independent switches offers a 4:1 configuration, enabling the selection of one of four input signals to a common output. This component features a low on-resistance of 200 Ohms maximum, with channel-to-channel matching of 3.5 Ohms. The -3dB bandwidth extends to 550MHz, facilitating high-frequency signal routing. With low charge injection of 0.4pC and excellent crosstalk performance of -85dB at 1MHz, the ADG1209YCPZ-REEL is suitable for demanding applications. Leakage current is minimized to 100pA maximum.
