Analog Devices AD7816AR is a 10-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with an integrated local temperature sensor. This device features an SPI serial interface for data output and operates over a wide supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The local temperature sensing capability spans from -40°C to 85°C with an accuracy of ±2°C at 25°C and ±3°C over the full sensing range.
