Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX5802AAUB- is a dual, 12-bit, voltage-output, current-steering digital-to-analog converter (DAC) designed for high-performance applications. This R-2R architecture DAC features an I2C data interface and offers excellent linearity with typical INL/DNL of ±0.5 LSB and ±0.2 LSB, respectively. The MAX5802AAUB- provides a fast settling time of 4.5µs (Typ) for its voltage output. It supports analog and digital supply voltages from 2.7V to 5.5V and operates across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. Available in a compact 10-uMAX/uSOP surface-mount package, this component is suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial automation, and medical equipment. The device incorporates both external and internal voltage references.
