Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX5312EAE-T is a 12-bit, single-channel, buffered voltage-output digital-to-analog converter. This R-2R architecture device features an SPI data interface for efficient communication. It offers a wide analog supply range of ±10.8V to ±15.75V and a digital supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The MAX5312EAE-T boasts excellent linearity with a maximum integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB and a typical settling time of 10µs. It requires an external voltage reference. This component is supplied in a 16-SSOP (0.209", 5.30mm width) surface-mount package, presented on a tape and reel. Applications include industrial control systems and precision instrumentation.
