Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated's MAX5159EEE- is a dual, 10-bit, low-power, serial-interface Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC). This R-2R architecture device features two independent DAC channels, each with a buffered voltage output. The DAC operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V analog and digital supply. Data is transferred via an SPI-compatible serial interface. Integral and differential linearity are specified at ±1 LSB maximum. The device offers a typical settling time of 8µs. Designed for surface-mount applications, it is supplied in a compact 16-QSOP package. The MAX5159EEE- is suitable for use in various applications including industrial automation, consumer electronics, and portable instrumentation. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
