Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX5150AEEE-T is a dual, 13-bit, voltage-output, R-2R digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This device features an SPI-compatible serial interface for digital communication. It offers a guaranteed monotonic performance with a maximum integral nonlinearity (INL) of ±0.5 LSB and differential nonlinearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB. The MAX5150AEEE-T operates from a single 5V supply for both analog and digital sections and includes an internal voltage reference. The output stage provides a buffered voltage output with a typical settling time of 16µs. The device is supplied in a 16-QSOP package, suitable for surface-mount applications.
