Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX5130AEEE is a 13-bit, single-channel voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This R-2R architecture device features an SPI data interface for efficient communication. The MAX5130AEEE offers a buffered voltage output and supports both external and internal voltage references. Integral non-linearity (INL) and differential non-linearity (DNL) are specified at ±0.5 LSB maximum and ±1 LSB maximum, respectively, with a typical settling time of 20µs. Designed for surface mount installation, it is housed in a 16-QSOP package. Typical applications for this component include industrial automation, test and measurement equipment, and consumer electronics. It operates with analog and digital supply voltages of 5V over an extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
