Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX508BCWP is a 12-bit, single-channel, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) packaged in a 20-SOIC (0.295" width) surface-mount case. This R-2R architecture DAC features a parallel data interface and an internal voltage reference. It offers a buffered voltage output with a typical settling time of 5µs. The device operates within a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C and supports analog supply voltages from ±11.4V to ±15.75V, with digital supply voltages also within the 11.4V to 15.75V range. Integral linearity (INL) and differential linearity (DNL) are specified at ±1 LSB maximum.
