Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX505BENG is an 8-bit, quad, voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) housed in a 24-pin DIP package. This R-2R ladder architecture DAC features a parallel data interface and requires an external voltage reference. Each of the four DAC channels offers a voltage output with a maximum Integral Linearity (INL) and Differential Linearity (DNL) of ±1 LSB. The device operates from ±5V analog supplies and a 5V digital supply, with a typical settling time of 6µs.
