Analog Devices Inc./Maxim Integrated MAX504EPD is a 10-bit, single-channel voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). This R-2R architecture device features an SPI data interface and provides a buffered voltage output. The MAX504EPD supports external or internal reference types and offers a typical settling time of 25µs. It operates with analog supply voltages of ±5V and a digital supply voltage of 5V. Integral nonlinearity (INL) and differential nonlinearity (DNL) are specified at ±0.5 LSB maximum and ±1 LSB maximum, respectively.
